How it works

From the first conversation to fully running — in five steps

Exactly what happens once you buy, who does which part, and how long each part takes. Written out in full, with nothing left vague.

Five steps

From start to live

Each step says which part is yours and which part is ours. Most of the heavy lifting sits on our side.

  1. 01Demo and conversation

    30–45 minutes

See it first, decide after. We run the software the way your type of institution would use it — the real screens, not slides. Nothing is paid at this stage and nothing is committed.

    Your part

    • Tell us about your institution in the demo form
    • Tell us which jobs are the most painful right now

    Our part

    • A walkthrough shaped around your type of institution
    • An honest answer on which modules you need and which you don't
    • The actual cost for your student numbers
  2. 02Choosing a plan and opening the account

Usually the same day payment is confirmed

The plan follows your student count — every plan has the same features, only the price moves. Yearly billing takes 20% off. Pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, with an invoice for each payment.

    Your part

    • Pick your plan and term
    • Make the payment (bKash / Nagad / bank)

    Our part

    • Opening your institution's account
    • Handing over and explaining the admin login
    • Setting up invoicing and the billing record
  3. 03Setup and bringing old data across

Depends on institution size and how much history there is

This is the biggest step, which is why it's the one we take on most of. Name, EIIN, classes and sections, the teacher list, the fee structure — once these are in place, everything else stands on top of them.

    Your part

    • Give us your list of classes, sections and subjects
    • Give us teacher and student details in whatever form you hold them
    • Tell us your fee structure and amounts

    Our part

    • Setting up the institution profile and the modules
    • Loading the data in from what you've given us
    • Checking it back afterwards — that the numbers reconcile
  4. 04Training teachers and staff

Before go-live, across more than one session if needed

However good the software is, it's no use if the teachers can't work it. Training follows the job each person does — attendance and mark entry for class teachers, fees and notices for the office, reports for the head. The whole interface is in Bangla, so no English is required.

    Your part

    • Decide who is responsible for what
    • Find a time for the training

    Our part

    • Separate training for each role
    • Opening every account and setting its permissions
    • A plain-Bangla guide to keep on hand
  5. 05Go live, and we stay with you

    Ongoing

Go-live day isn't the end — it's where real use starts. The first few weeks bring the most questions, which is normal, and it's exactly when support matters most.

    Your part

    • Do the daily work in the software
    • Tell guardians about the app and the SMS alerts

    Our part

    • 24/7 technical support
    • Automatic daily cloud backups
    • New features added as they ship, at no extra cost

There's a 7-day money-back guarantee from the day you start, so there's no risk to weigh up at step one.

An ordinary day

From the classroom to a parent's phone

From morning roll call to the fee counter, parents hear about each step without anyone having to call them. The screens below are drawn from the software's real screens and its real notifications.

Each student has four options — Present, Absent, Late and Half Day — and a reason can be noted alongside an absence. The moment an Absent, Late or Half Day is saved, a notification reaches the parent's MedhaKit app. Nobody has to make a phone call.Open the student's invoice and press Record Payment. Once the full amount is in, the invoice turns Paid straight away. The payment reaches the parent's phone with its invoice number, and it stays in the app.

Schools can switch these automatic notifications off in settings. They go to the parent's MedhaKit app, so the parent needs the app on their phone; SMS can be sent separately.

After go-live

The things that just keep running

None of these need asking for, and none of them cost extra.

24/7 technical support

Phone, WhatsApp or a support ticket from the dashboard — whichever suits.

Daily backups

Automatic cloud backups, with the database encrypted at rest.

New features at no cost

New modules and improvements land in your existing plan — there's nothing to buy.

Your own SMS gateway

Connect your own BulkSMSBD account and the SMS rate stays in your hands.

The demo is run for your type of institution, and it's the point at which we can tell you how long setup will actually take.
