Why
The problems we started from
At most institutions here the work already gets done — it just gets done on paper, across separate registers, with the same details written out again and again. The problem isn't the effort. It's where the effort goes.
The same detail written three times
Once in the admission register, once in the attendance book, once in the fee ledger. When one of them is wrong, finding where the error got in is the hard part.
Late nights at results time
Adding marks, averages, merit lists, mark sheets — done by hand, most of the hours go on making the totals agree rather than on the results themselves.
Guardians left in the dark
Did their child reach school, is a fee outstanding, when is the exam — finding out means coming in or calling.
The numbers sit with one person
How many students are in each class, how much has been collected — the head has to ask someone rather than simply look.

Website service
A complete thirteen-page website on your institution's own domain. Change the text, photographs and colours yourself without writing code, and the domain is registered in your institution's name.

These aren't advertising lines — open the software and you can check every one of them.
Bangla first, English second
The whole interface is in Bangla, and not as a translation layer — it's written in the words people here use. A teacher who isn't comfortable in English finds it exactly as easy.
Mobile first
Guardians look at this on a phone, and so do plenty of teachers. So the design starts at the small screen and works outwards.
The institution owns the data
Your students' records are yours. We hold them; we don't own them — and if you leave, you take them with you.
We don't hide the price
Pricing follows student numbers and there's a calculator on the plans page. There's no reason to bury a price behind "contact us".
We don't claim what isn't built
If a feature doesn't exist yet, you hear that in the demo. Better to know before buying than to be disappointed after.
The SMS rate stays yours
You connect your own BulkSMSBD account and the bill goes straight there. We don't sit in the middle taking a markup.
