The app has no data of its own — it is a window onto the same software. So nobody has to enter or send anything twice.
A teacher saves attendance
If a student is absent, late or on a half day, the guardian's phone gets a notification.
A fee is paid at the office
The guardian hears about the payment, and the receipt stays in the app.
Results are published
Subject-wise marks and the marksheet are right there in the app, with a PDF.
A notice is published
It reaches only the people it was sent to — with a push notification that costs nothing.

Log in in three steps

Find your institution
Search by name, EIIN or area and choose your institution. The app remembers it.

Log in
Your phone number or student ID, and the password the institution gave you.

Verify and set your password
The first time, verify with the OTP sent to the registered phone and set your own password. A student's OTP goes to their guardian's phone.
The app is for students, guardians and teachers. Office work — admissions, collecting fees, creating exams — is done from the web dashboard. Fees cannot be paid online in the app: they are paid at the institution, and the receipt arrives in the app.

What people ask about the app
- Does the app cost extra?
- No. The mobile app is included in every package — nobody has to buy it separately, whether student, guardian or teacher.
- Which phones does it run on?
- The app is currently for Android phones.
- Where do I get my login details?
- Your institution creates your account in the software. You log in with your phone number or student ID and the password the institution gives you, then verify with an OTP the first time and set your own password.
- Can I pay fees from the app?
- No. The app shows total, paid and due fees, invoices and receipts; fees are paid at the institution.
- Do I need a separate account for each child?
- No. All your children are on one guardian account, and you switch between them with one tap inside the app.
- Can one person see another person's data?
- No. A student sees only their own, a guardian only their children's, and a teacher only the classes they have been assigned.
- Do the head teacher and office staff use the app?
- The app is for students, guardians and teachers. Running the institution — admissions, fees, creating exams, reports — is done from the web dashboard.
